What we collect
If you voluntarily submit the interest form, we collect the email address you provide, your selected interest level, the referral source you optionally select, and your permission to receive related email.
Why we collect it
We use this information to measure whether there is genuine demand for Real Estate Evidence Lab research, to notify interested readers about the report they requested, and to understand which outreach channels are useful.
Form processing
During the validation phase, form submissions are relayed through FormSubmit to our business email. This means the form provider may process information you submit. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, legal, tax, health, account, password, or identity information through the validation form.
What we do not do
We do not sell the email addresses collected through this validation form. We do not require an account. We do not collect payment information on this website during the validation phase.
Email choices
You may ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying to an email or contacting hello@realestateevidencelab.com.
Corrections and evidence
If you send documents or other material to a research or corrections address, we may retain them as reasonably necessary to evaluate the submission, preserve the research record, and respond. Do not send confidential or privileged material unless you have authority to do so.
